You take up this difficult topic of Black-Asian solidarity and conflict really well, because you provide research and context to the argument. Really good work. I would add that when we bring in the longer history of Asians in the US — before the 1965 immigration act and after — we can look at those Asian small businesses in different ways, and also draw in instances of Black-Asian solidarity and conflict that go beyond the small-business-in-Black-community scenario.
